Major Responsibilities
- Establish new accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic programs intended to establish, grow, maintain, and improve profitability.
- Actively participate in the New York showroom sales and marketing planning meetings to establish strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Build networks, resources, and existing clients to create and open new customer opportunities.
- Identify untapped or underdeveloped market opportunities.
- Make recommendations as necessary to improve service and expand successes to new areas.
- Identify market trends and news ways to improve customer satisfaction & loyalty; strengthen our market position and accelerate revenue growth.
- Communicate our company vision and direction - both internally and to our clients and partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years’ working experience.
- Some travel will be required.
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills in a wholesale/retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proven sales ability.
Compensation
- Base plus medical.
- Uncapped commissions.
